Before 1994, “Longkou FuChang Packing Machinery Co.,Ltd” was a mechanical equipment manufacturer mainly for drying machine and electrical equipment making.

In 1994, pulp molding technology in Europe was introduced in our company. Then we developed and made out the first set pulp molding production line in China.

In 1996, we developed the first rotary forming machine in China. This type of machine has been applied extensively to egg tray, egg box, fruit tray, cup holder, shoe trees etc.

In 1998, our company engaged in developing and manufacturing pulp molding machinery. We not only absorb the advanced technologies from foreign experts, but also cooperate with universities and scientific research institutions. We try our best to adopt the advanced technology and explore new applications for pulp molding. We've developed various pulp molding equipment fit for different applications, such as egg tray, fruit tray, industrial package products, agricultural products, dishware, medical care products, paper pulp pallets etc.

In 2001, we designed and made out the first automatic reciprocating forming machine in China which alleviated the operators’ labor intensity to a great extent. Nowadays this type of machine has replaced the position of semiautomatic forming machine basically.

In 2003, we found the production technique and created the machine for making paper pulp pallet. It mainly uses the substitute material to make wood pallet and plastic pallet, which is more energy saving and environmentally friendly.

In 2004, we set up the Department of Foreign Trade in our company and began to do export pulp molding machine business.

Since 2008, we attend the Canton Fair in spring and autumn each year and we’re so honored to get the chance to participate in the foreign professional exhibitions in package industry. In the exhibition shows, we demonstrated our technical achievements and applications for pulp molding, attracting great attention from experts in the pulp molding industry from all over the world. The experts were invited to visit our factory and shared experience with us on how Fuchang can be more professional in international trade shows and how to win foreign customers’ heart.
