The Roller typeMolding machine has 8 sides rotating drum, each surface has 3, 4 or 6 moulds. So there are 24, 32, 48 foaming moulds and other have 3, 4, 6 transfer moulds. The moulds material can use plastic or aluminum depend on buyer's request.

The Reciprocating Machine is controlled by the PLC, can produce both egg trays and egg box just need to change the moulds

The drying line we can make single layer or multi layer depend on buyer's request. And the fuel can be diesel, natural gas, coal and electric. The enegy of consumption of our company drying line is 20%-30% less than the same domestic industry. Our company design assistant drying road to recyccle the tail gas after measure, the tail tempreature is about 130 degree
